1. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of January 16, 2023 (Minutes No. 02-23) approved the conclusion of a Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of January 16, 2023, to Agreement of March 11, 2015, No. 19, the loan repayment period is set until June 30, 2023.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
2. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 30.01.2023 (Minutes No. 04-23) approved additional agreements to the Paid Loan Agreements No. 42 of 20.10.2022, to the Paid Loan Agreement No. 43 of 20.10.2022, and the Paid Loan Agreement No. 44 of 20.10.2022, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Akmolit LLP, Markhit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP.
According to the Additional Agreements of 03.02.2023 to the Agreement No. 42, 43, 44 of 20.10.2022, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2023.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the trustee of Akmolit LLP, Markhit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP.
3. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of January 30, 2023 (Minutes No. 04 -23) approved an additional agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement No. 39 of December 28, 2016, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon Mining LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement dated 03.02.2023 to the Agreement No. 39 of 28.12.2016, the loan repayment period is set until June 30, 2023.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Silicon Mining LLP.
4. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of March 28, 2023 (Minutes No. 10-23) approved the conclusion of a Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Masalsky GOK LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of 30.03.2023 to the Agreement No. 67 dated 25.12.2017, a loan was issued.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is a participant of Masalsky GOK LLP.
5. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of June 13, 2023 (Minutes No. 16 -23) approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of 19.06.2023 to the Agreement No. 19 dated 11.03.2015, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2023.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the sole participant of Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
6. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of June 13, 2023 (Minutes No. 16 -23) approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of 19.06.2023to the Agreement No. 39 dated 28.12.2016, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2023.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the sole participant of Silicon mining LLP.
7. The Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC by the decision dated July 13, 2023 (Minutes No. 34 -23) has approved the related-party transaction of Samruk-Kazyna JSC through signing an agreement on the transfer of state property management in the form of a 100% stake in Qazgeology JSC with JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
According to Agreement on transfer of state property management in the form of a 100% stake in Qazgeology JSC dated July 27, 2023, No. 1681-У.
Samruk-Kazyna JSC is the Sole Shareholder of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
8. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision dated October 24, 2023 (Minutes No. 33 -23) approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
According to the Additional Agreement dated October 24, 2023. a loan was issued to Agreement No. 19 dated March 11, 2015.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the sole participant of Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
9. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of November 02, 2023 (Minutes No. 34-23) has approved the conclusion of the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Kazgeology JSC.
The loan has been issued according to Agreement of November 21, 2023, No. 24.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Shareholder of Kazgeology JSC.
10. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of November 23, 2023 (Minutes No. 37-23) approved the conclusion of a Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon Mining LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement dated 23.11.2023 to the Agreement of 28.12.2016, the loan is issued and repayment period is March 31, 2024.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Silicon Mining LLP.
11. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 14.12.2023 (Minutes No.41 -23) approved conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Temporary Financial Assistance Agreement between Samruk-Kazyna JSC and JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of 21.12.2023, the term has been extended until 31.12.2024.
12. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of December 26, 2023 (Minutes No.43-23) approved the conclusion of a Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr.

JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of LLP JV Alaigyr.

The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 01.02.2024 (Minutes No. 06-24) approved Additional Agreements to the Paid Loan Agreement No. 42 of 20.10.2022, to the Paid Loan Agreement No. 43 of 20.10.2022, and the Paid Loan Agreement No. 44 of 20.10.2022, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Akmolit LLP, Markhit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP.
According to the Additional Agreements of 07.02.2024 to the Agreements No. 42, 43, 44 of 20.10.2022, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2024.
