On October 6, 2014 at the Forum with the participation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Transformation of JSC «Sovereign Wealth Fund «Samruk-Kazyna» the official start was given to the transformation program in the group of JSC «Samruk-Kazyna». Transformation is a large-scale project, JSC «Tau-Ken Samruk» fully understands and shares the goals and aspirations of JSC «Samruk-Kazyna».
As a young company, established six years ago, JSC "Tau-Ken Samruk" is constantly in the face of changing environmental conditions and growing problems. Along with this, the portfolio of projects are also growing and complicated, each of them has its own characteristics, so the necessity for proper process organization becomes significant. We must be open to change and able to adapt to any challenges of internal and external environments.
Since 2013, JSC «Tau-Ken Samruk»is actively engaged in the construction of quality management system, which ensures the alignment of processes with maximizing their effectiveness. Since the establishment, JSC «Tau-Ken Samruk»is building a culture of continuous improvement of processes, so the more benefits are expected from synergies with the transformation program of JSC «Samruk-Kazyna».
In order to implement the transformation program in JSC «Tau-Ken Samruk»the Road Map for transformation of JSC «Tau-Ken Samruk»was developed and approved by the Board of Directors (Protocol 13/14, dated December 19, 2014). The Road Map covers the period from 2014 to 2017 and provides for ambitious objectives in key areas: People, Process and Technology.
