COOPERATION PROCESS WITH POTENTIAL PARTNER
The potential Partner sends application in hard and soft copies (expressing interest in the joint implementation of project (s) and preliminary basic terms of cooperation and required information on the project) including list of Documents to the Company.
Signing the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
If necessary the Company sends a request to the Regulator for permission to disclose and provide geological information to the potential partner.

Possible Partnership Structure
Note: Partnership structure mentioned here is not a final and is a subject to change in the course of negotiations and in cases of changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The list of required documents for the conclusion of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with Potential partners:
1.Charter;
2.Memorandum of Association;
3.Certificate / statement of state registration / re-registration;
4.Documents confirming the powers of the signatory.
The list of required documents for conclusion of legally binding Agreements with Potential Partners:
1.Financial statements (a copy of the audit report) of the Potential partner (balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow, changes in equity) for the previous 3 years;
2.Data on legal proceedings (if applicable);
3.Reference of the relevant tax authority on the absence or presence of a tax debt;
4.Information about the beneficial owners of the Potential Partner;
5.Presentation of the Potential Partner.
