The National Mining Company “Tau-Ken Samruk” gives high priority attention to formation of corporate anti-corruption culture. The online seminar was held at the ANTIKOR ORTALYGY platform with the participation of Zhazira Zhylkyshiyeva – the first Deputy head of the Department of anti-corruption Agency of Nur-Sultan city. The representative of the anti-corruption agency explained to the employees of Tau-Ken Samruk innovations and changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the anti-corruption sphere. She focused on personal responsibility of the top managers for the formation of the culture of “zero tolerance” to corruption in the company. Also the main aspects of the President’s message dated September 1, 2020 were discussed. The Compliance Officer of «Tau-Ken Samruk» National Company Aliya Zhapparova commented that such events were held regularly as the anticorruption activity would continue.
