Silicon mining limited liability partnership was established on December 22, 2008.
On December 9, 2016 JSC Tau-Ken Samruk NMC procured 90,1% of share in Silicon mining LLP from JSC Investment Fund of Kazakhstan.
On March 6, 2018 there was held a re-registration in the justice authorities of Karaganda city due to the procurement of 9,9% of participation share in the authorized capital of Silicon mining LLP by JSC Tau-Ken Samruk NMC from JSC NC SEC Saryarka. Since that time National Mining Company Tau-Ken Samruk – the Sole Participant of Silicon mining LLP.
Main activities of Silicon mining areexploration and production of solid and common mineral resources.
By the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the JSC Tau-Ken Samruk NMC dated 12.03.2020, Elmira Kenzhebekova was appointed to the position of General Director of Silicon mining LLP since March 12, 2020.
