The annual report of JSC “National mining company Tau-Ken Samruk” took 11th place and was ranked one of the most outstanding reports of 2017. The ranking took place amongst the best designs of annual reports the national companies ranking rose by 13 positions compared to the previous year and took 5th place (report 2016 – 18th place).
The authoritative expert commission mainly assessed the completeness and quality of information disclosed, in particular, qualitative characteristics: clarity, reliability, materiality.
The competition amongst annual reports was held in December 2018 by the rating Agency “Expert RA Kazakhstan” with the support of JSC”Kazakhstan stock exchange”. Within the framework of the competition, 107 annual reports of companies from Kazakhstan were evaluated. Any organization from the Republic of Kazakhstan could take part and participate in the evaluation.
