The Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC by decision of August 26, 2021 No.36/21 terminated the powers Ye. K. Berdigulov as a representative of Samruk – Kazyna JSC on the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, and elected by the same decision:
1. Abdikarim Abzhalelovich Zeinullin as Independent Director of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk;
2. Kanysh Amanbayevich Tuleushin as a representative of Samruk-Kazyna JSC on the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
