In the period from 2019 to 2023, subsidiaries of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, as part of fulfilling obligations under subsurface use contracts, paid KZT756.4 million for the socio-economic development of the regions of their presence and spent KZT839.3 million to finance the training of Kazakhstani specialists.
At the same time, since 2016, Tau-Ken Samruk has been participating in the programs of the Samruk-Kazyna Trust Social Development Foundation, the unified charity operator of the Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies.
During this time, 2,539 projects and programs have been successfully implemented aimed at solving socially significant issues for the population.
In 2023, the unified operator of charitable activities on behalf of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC Group of Companies implemented 46 charitable projects for KZT7.2 billion. More than half a million Kazakhstanis received the necessary assistance and support, 600 new jobs were created.
In 2024, the Samruk-Kazyna Trust Social Development Foundation will focus on inclusion, healthcare, creative industry, sports and education.
