The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 30.01.2025 (Minutes No. 05-25) approved additional agreements to the Paid Loan Agreements No. 42 of 20.10.2022, to the Paid Loan Agreement No. 43 of 20.10.2022, and the Paid Loan Agreement No. 44 of 20.10.2022, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Akmolit LLP, Markhit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP.
According to the Additional Agreements dated January 31, 2025. to Agreement No. 42,43,44 dated October 20, 2022, a loan was issued.
2. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of December 03, 2024 (Minutes No. 53-24) approved the conclusion of a Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr.
According to Agreement No. 56 dated March 31, 2025, a loan was issued.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of LLP JV Alaigyr.
3. By the decision of the Board of Tau-Ken Samruk NMC JSC dated March 31, 2025 (Minutes No. 14-25), the conclusion of a reimbursable loan agreement dated April 31, 2025 between Tau-Ken Samruk NMC JSC and LLP JV Alaigyr was approved.
According to Agreement No. 56 dated March 31, 2025, the loan is received and the loan repayment period is extended until February 18, 2029.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the only participant of LLP JV Alaigyr.
4. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 27.03.2025 (Minutes No. 13-25), approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr.
According to the Supplementary Agreement dated 02.04.2025 to the Agreement No. 9 dated 19.03.2022, the loan repayment period has been extended until 31.12.2025.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the only participant of LLP JV Alaigyr.
5. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of June 18, 2025 (Minutes No. 25-25) approved the conclusion of a Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Severny Katpar LLP.
According to the additional agreement dated 30.06.2025 to Agreement No. 15 dated 30.04.2024, a loan was issued.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Severny Katpar LLP.
6. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of June 26, 2025 (Minutes No. 26-25) approved the conclusion of an Agreement on the change of person in the obligations of July 01, 2025, under Property Storage Agreement No. 41 of November 22, 2021, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr and ShalkiyaZinc LTD. JSC.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of LLP JV Alaigyr and the Sole Shareholder of ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC.
7. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of July 03, 2025 (Minutes No. 27-25) approved the conclusion of an Operator Agreement on a license for the subsoil use right of July 03, 2025, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Akmolit LLP.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Akmolit LLP.
8. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of July 28, 2025 (Minutes No. 30-25) approved the conclusion of a Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreements No. 42 and No. 44 of October 20, 2022, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Akmolit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP.
According to the additional agreement dated July 31, 2025 to Agreements No. 42, 44 dated October 20, 2022, a loan was issued.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Akmolit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP.
9. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of February 13, 2025 (Minutes No. 07-25) approved the conclusion of an agreement to Paid Loan Agreement 113 of February 29, 2024, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Kazgeology JSC.
According to the additional agreement dated July 31, 2025 to Agreement No. 113 dated February 29, 2024, the loan term has been extended until December 31, 2025.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Shareholder of Kazgeology JSC.
10. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of August 01, 2025 (Minutes No. 31-25) approved the Bank Deposit Pledge Agreement provided as security for obligation on eliminating the consequences of operations for the extraction of solid minerals between Joint Stock Company “National Mining Company “Tau-Ken Samruk”, the Ministry of Industry and Construction, and Joint Stock Company “Bank RBK”. For Karatas and Kuiryktykol deposits of August 14 and August 18, 2025.
11. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of september 12, 2025 (Minutes No. 36-25) approved the conclusion of an Operator Agreement on a license for the subsoil use right of august 21, 2025, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Akmolit LLP.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Akmolit LLP.
