According to Agreement of February 02, 2026, No. 10, a loan was issued.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Shareholder of ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC.
- The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of January 29, 2026 (Minutes No. 03-26) has approved the conclusion of a Specialized Bank Deposit Agreement within the framework of a subsoil use operation between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Kazpost JSC.
According to Agreement of February 03, 2026, No. 0199/26/10000006135, a deposit amounting to KZT15 570 000 was opened.
- The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of January 23, 2026 (Minutes No. 02-26) approved the conclusion of a Supplementary Agreement to Paid Loan Agreements of October 20, 2022, No.42, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Akmolit LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of February 11, 2026, to Agreements of October 20, 2022, No. 42, a loan was issued.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Akmolit LLP.
- The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of February 12, 2026 (Minutes No. 04-26) has approved the conclusion of the Fund Transfer Agreement regarding monies received under enforcement proceedings of February 13, 2026, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of LLP JV Alaigyr.
- The Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of February 11, 2026 (Minutes No. 02/26) has approved the conclusion of a Sale and Purchase Agreement for a 70% of the Interest in the Authorized Capital of Severny Katpar LLP between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Cove Kaz Capital Group LLC of February 13, 2026.
- The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of February 19, 2026 (Minutes No. 05-26) has approved the conclusion of a Specialized Bank Deposit Agreement within the framework of a subsoil use operation between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Kazpost JSC. According to Agreement of Martha 03, 2026, No. 0199/26/10000006340, a deposit amounting to KZT 47 710 000 was opened.
