Tau-Ken Samruk National Mining Company, JSC (the Republic of Kazakhstan, BIN 090240000101) hereby is notifying its creditors and shareholders that during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Mining Company Tau-Ken Samruk JSC held on December 21, 2017, a decision was made that ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC will conclude a transaction involving the introduction of changes and amendments to the loan agreement as of June 12, 2017 between ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (through the presentation of this loan agreement in a new version) on terms agreed by the parties, as a major transaction as well as a transaction in which there is an interest.
