Tau-Ken Samruk JSC notifies about the decision to purchase the registrar’s services from a single source from the provider of the Unified Securities Registrar by extending the current agreement on keeping the system of registers of securities holders dated February 20, 2013 No. 00921-АО on 2014 (No. 225 of January 1, 2014), within the amount approved in the procurement plan of Tau-Ken Samruk JSC for 2014, based on subparagraph 6) of paragraph 140 of the Fund’s procurement rules and the order of the Chairman of the Management Board of Tau-Ken JSC Samruk “from January 6, 2014 № 16/05-з.
