JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP concluded Additional Agreement #6 to the Contract on February 01, 2018. JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is a major participant of Silicon mining LLP.
Conclusion of Additional Agreement #6 to the Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP was approved by Decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk on January 18, 2018 (Minutes #-02-18);
In compliance with Additional Agreement #6 dated February 10, 2018 to (the Contract), that provides for the increasing the sum of the loan by KZT 97 030 757 up to KZT 459 174 057, (four hundred fifty nine million one hundred seventy four thousand fifty seven).
2. On the conclusion of Additional contract # 7 dated April 20, 2018 to Paid Loan Contract #39 dated December 28, 2016 (hereinafter – the Contract) as a transaction in which JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk has an interest.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP concluded Additional Agreement #7 to the Contract on April 20, 2018. JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is a major participant of Silicon mining LLP.
Conclusion of Additional Agreement #7 to the Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP was approved by Decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk on April 19, 2018 (Minutes #-23-18);
In compliance with Additional Agreement #7 dated April 20, 2018 to (the Contract), that provides for the increasing the sum of the loan by KZT 96 774 924 up to KZT 555 948 981.
3. On the conclusion of Additional contract #8 dated June 19, 2018 to Paid Loan Contract #39 dated December 28, 2016 (hereinafter – the Contract) as a transaction in which JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk has an interest.
Additional Agreement #8 to the Contract was concluded between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP on June 19, 2018. JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is a major participant of Silicon mining LLP.
Conclusion of Additional Agreement #8 to the Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP was approved by Decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk on June 11, 2018 (Minutes #-28-18);
In compliance with Additional Agreement #8 dated June 19, 2018 to (the Contract), that provides for the increasing the sum of the loan by KZT 81 441 155 up to KZT637 390 136.
4. On the conclusion of Additional contract # 9 dated June 21, 2018 to Paid Loan Contract #39 dated December 28, 2016 (hereinafter – the Contract) as a transaction in which JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk has an interest.
Additional Agreement #9 to the Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP was concluded on June 21, 2018. JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is a major participant of Silicon mining LLP.
Conclusion of Additional Agreement #9 to the Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP was approved by Decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk on June 18, 2018 (Minutes #-29-18);
In compliance with Additional Agreement #9 dated June 21, 2018 to (the Contract), provision for the Loan is carried out by transfer to the current bank account of the Borrower specified in Section 8 of this Agreement or upon a written application of the Borrower to bank accounts of third parties in fulfillment of the obligations of the Borrower in respect of the details specified in the written application.
5.On the conclusion of Additional contract # 10 dated June 11, 2018 to Paid Loan Contract #39 dated December 28, 2016 (hereinafter – the Contract) as a transaction in which JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk has an interest.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP concluded Additional Agreement #10 to the Contract on July 11, 2018. JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is a major participant of Silicon mining LLP.
Conclusion of Additional Agreement #10 to the Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP was approved by Decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk on July 10, 2018 (Minutes #-32-18);
In compliance with Additional Agreement #10 dated June 11, 2018 to (the Contract), that provides for the increasing the sum of the loan by KZT 53 677 546 up to KZT 691 067 682.
6. On the conclusion of Additional agreement #11 dated August 08, 2018 to the Loan Agreement#39 dated December 28, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) as a transaction in which JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk has an interest.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon Mining LLPentered into Additional Agreement #11 to the Agreement dated August 08, 2018. JSC NAC Tau-Ken Samruk is a major participant of Silicon Mining LLP.
The conclusion of Additional Agreement #11 to the Agreement by JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon Mining LLP was approved by the Decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk dated August 06, 2018 (Minutes #37-18);
According to Additional Agreement #11 dated August 08, 2010 to (the Agreement), providing for an increase in the loan amount by KZT 120 956 259 up to KZT 812 023 941.
7. On the conclusion of Additional Agreement #12 of September 19, 2018 to the Loan Agreement #39 dated December 28, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) as a transaction in which JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk has an interest.
On September 19, 2018, JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon Mining LLP entered into Additional Agreement #12 to the Agreement. JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is a major participant of Silicon mining LLP.
The conclusion of Additional Agreement #12 to the Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon Mining LLP was approved by the Decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk dated September 11, 2018 (Minutes #42-18);
According to the Additional Agreement #12 dated September 19, 2018 to (the Agreement), providing for an increase in the loan amount by KZT95062809.87 up to KZT907 086749.87.
