The Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC by the decision of December 02, 2022 No. 66/22, terminated early the powers of A.A. Khairova, the Independent Director, as a member of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, and by the same decision elected Adylgazy Sadvokasovich Bergenev as the Independent Director of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
