The CEO of the national mining company made a report at the meeting of the Kazakh-Chinese Business Council. Kanat Kudaibergen spoke about the advantages of the mining and metallurgical sector of Kazakhstan. This is, in particular, the neighborhood with China and Russia – large consumers of natural resources, well-developed infrastructure and a favorable investment climate. The Chief Executive of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk stressed that overall in the mining and metals industry of Kazakhstan there is a positive trend due to internal and external factors: the increase in metal prices and the relatively high level of demand in the domestic market and demand from neighboring countries.
