By the decision of the Board of Directors of Joint-Stock Company “National Mining Company “Tau-Ken Samruk”, the members of the Board of Directors of ShalkiyaZINC LTD JSC were elected. The Board of Directors consists of:
Kanat Kudaibergen – Chairman of the Board of Directors of ShalkiyaZINC LTD JSC.
Bakhytzhan Orynbekov – Representative of the Sole Shareholder.
Nurlan Saurambayev – Representative of the Sole Shareholder.
Yerken Magad – Independent Director.
Arzhan Bugubayev – Independent Director.
The term of office of the Board of Directors is three years.
