Tau-Ken Samruk JSC has completed personnel assessment

In the end of  2015 Tau-Ken Samruk started implementation of Road map to the Transformation Program of Samruk-Kazyna Group. The first stage of the program is Human Resources, wherefore training of the Company’s HR staff was provided. Training courses involved   review of job grading system that fall under the scope of Corporate standards on personnel assessment within Fund’s group.

The project is aimed at creation of grading system to provide encouraging and effective employee remuneration practices.

Hay Group international consulting company that has a research center at Harvard University (USA) was involved as an independent expert to assist in project implementation. Personnel assessment method of Hay Group is the one most popular in the world and will enable:

Employees: to get adequate assessment of their work and find the way to increase revenue based on performance and career development options.

Management: to simplify decision-making process in terms of revenue indexation, specify rate of salary for all the job categories, make employees even more motivated.  

The Company created project group comprising its HR and Hay Group representatives for the project to be implemented. Therewith, master-classes and individual consultations as to job description, interview of managing directors and evaluation committee were arranged. As a result, 88 job positions went through assessment.

As of the end of 2015 the Company was awarded a Certificate of Merit for active involvement in Assessment and Grading Project implementation by Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

Currently consideration of revenue range is under way to subsequently update Company’s internal regulations in terms of employee rewarding system.
