Within the framework of the meeting of the Board of Directors, Yernar Zhanadil, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, introduced Karim Zhanasov, a member of the Board of Directors, newly elected by the decision of the Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, the representative of the Sole Shareholder.
