The 13th MINEX Kazakhstan Forum has opened in Astana. The largest international mining and geological forum this time is dedicated to the topic “Subsoil Use for the Benefit of National Development”. The forum gathered together representatives of international and national mining and exploration companies, service and technology companies, industry departments and organizations, investment funds and banks. The geography and scale of the forum is traditionally great – this time Astana hosted delegates from 30 countries of the world.
On the first day of the MINEX Kazakhstan Forum, Bakyt Chirchikbayev, the Head of the National Mining Company presented new investment solutions that Tau-Ken Samruk offers to its partners. The company implements a number of projects in various regions of the country. Conventionally, they can be divided into three groups: brownfield, or under construction, exploration and production projects.
A special emphasis in the national company is placed on geological exploration, and here potential investors are offered various options for cooperation, both with the creation of a joint venture and without it. In general, as Bakyt Chirchikbayev noted, the company is ready to consider various mechanisms of interaction with future and present partners. Tau-Ken Samruk is always open to new initiatives.
