By decision of the Management Board of JSC SWFSamruk-Kazyna dated April 26, 2021 No. 17/21, the following were elected to the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk:
1. Zhanadil Yernar Beisenuly as a member of the Board of Directors – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
2. BerdigulovYernatKudaibergenovich as a member of the Board of Directors – representative of the Sole Shareholder.
