1. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 01.02.2024 (Minutes No. 06-24) approved Additional Agreements to the Paid Loan Agreement No. 42 of 20.10.2022, to the Paid Loan Agreement No. 43 of 20.10.2022, and the Paid Loan Agreement No. 44 of 20.10.2022, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Akmolit LLP, Markhit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP.
According to the Additional Agreements of 07.02.2024 to the Agreements No. 42, 43, 44 of 20.10.2022, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2024.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the trustee of Akmolit LLP, Markhit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP.
2. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of May 28, 2024 (Minutes No. 24-24), approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement dated 29.05.2024 to the Agreement No. 39 dated 28.12.2016, the loan repayment period has been extended until June 30, 2024.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the only participant of Silicon mining LLP.
3. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 20.06.2024 (Minutes No. 26-24) approved additional agreements to the Paid Loan Agreements No. 44 of 20.10.2022, between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Topaz-NS LLP.
According to the Additional Agreements of 20.06.2024 to the Agreement No. 44 of 20.10.2022, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2024.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the trustee of Topaz-NS LLP.
4. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 26.06.2024 (Minutes No. 27-24), approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement dated 26.06.2024 to the Agreement No. 39 dated 28.12.2016, the loan repayment period has been extended until 31.08.2024.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the only participant of Silicon mining LLP.
5. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 26.06.2024 (Minutes No. 27-24), approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr.
According to the Supplementary Agreement dated 26.06.2024 to the Agreement No. 23 dated 11.04.2019, the loan repayment period has been extended until 31.08.2024.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the only participant of LLP JV Alaigyr .
6. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 26.06.2024 (Minutes No. 27-24), approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and «Tau-Ken Temir» LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement dated 26.06.2024 to the Agreement No. 19 dated 11.05.2015, the loan repayment period has been extended until 31.08.2024.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the only participant of «Tau-Ken Temir» LLP.
7. By the decision of the Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk dated July 3, 2024 (Minutes No. 28-24), the conclusion of an additional agreement to agreement No. 113 dated February 29, 2024 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and JSC Kazgeology was approved “
According to the additional agreement dated July 3, 2024, a loan was issued.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Shareholder of Kazgeology JSC.
