Construction of the Processing Plant at the Shalkia Deposit to be “Digitized”. All data on the progress of work will be available in real time – starting from the processes of approval of documents, Minutes of meetings and contract documentation and ending with operational information from the construction site, up to weather conditions and time tracking. The data will be synchronized with the project implementation schedule. The project team has already started entering data into the Oracle Primavera Cloud project management information system. Training courses are held in order to enable specialists of the company to work with software modules of Primavera system. Our colleagues have completed training with live simulation of the common data environment of the project using Oracle Primavera Cloud and received the appropriate certificates of the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
