The Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC by the decision of July 20, 2023 No. 36/23, terminated early the powers of the Independent Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk Zeinullin A.A., Kalandadze D.N. and by the same decision elected Zhubayev Armanbai Saparbayevich as the Independent Director and Irubayev Kuat Kairgildenovich as the representative of the interests of the Sole Shareholder of the Board of Directors JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
