According to the Agreement, storage of property until 31/12/2022.
NMC Tau-Ken Samruk JSC is the Sole Member of “Tau-Ken Altyn” LLP.
3. The decision of the Management Board of NMC Tau-Ken Samruk JSC dated 27/01/2020 (Protocol No. 02-20) approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Loan Agreement No. 43 dated 10/06/2019 between NMC Tau-Ken Samruk JSC and “Shokpar-Gagarinskoye” LLP.
According to the Supplemental Agreement, the issued Loan was extended until 31/12/2020.

4. Conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to Refundable Loan Agreement No.23 of 11.04.2019 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr of 02.03.2020 was approved by the decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk of 18.02.2020 (Minutes No.04/20).
According to the Supplementary Agreement, the issued loan was extended till 31.12.2020.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of LLP JV Alaigyr.
5. Conclusion of the Set-Off Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and TKS Geology LLP of 07.04.2020 was approved by the decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk of 12.03.2020 (Minutes No.06-20).
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of TKS Geology LLP.
6. Conclusion of the Trust Agreement of 20.04.2020 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Kazzinc Holdings LLP was approved by the decision of the General Meeting of Participants of Kazzinc Holdings LLP, Minutes of 20.04.2020.
According to the Agreement, the validity period is two years from the date of signing, with automatic renewal for every next two years.
7. The Agreement on the settlement of exploration issues in the tailing area of the Zyryanovsky Concentrating Plant No.22 of 16.06.2020 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Kazzink LLP is approved by the decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk of 12.06.2020 (Minutes No.14/20)
8. Conclusion of Agreement on Temporary Financial Assistance No.26 of 02.07.2020 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Samruk-Kazyna JSC was approved by the decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk of 12.06.2020 (Minutes No.14/20).
According to the Agreement, the issued loan was extended till 31.12.2020.
9. Conclusion of Investment Consulting Services Procurement Agreement No.464601/2020/1/46 of 05.08.2020 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Samruk-Kazyna JSC was approved by the decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk of 12.06.2020 (Minutes No.14/20).
According to the Agreement, the term is until 31.12.2020.
10. Conclusion of Refundable Loan Agreement No.47 of 05.10.2020 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Tau-Ken Mining LLP was approved by the decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk of 01.10.2020 (Minutes No.25/20).
According to the Agreement, the issued loan was extended till 31.12.2021.

JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of TKS Geology LLP.
12. Conclusion of Refundable Loan Agreement No.52 of 27.10.2020 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr was approved by the decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk of 28.10.2020 (Minutes No.30/20).
According to the Agreement, the issued loan was extended till 31.12.2021.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of LLP JV Alaigyr.
13. Conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to Refundable Loan Agreement No.23 of 11.04.2019 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr of 28.10.2020 was approved by the decision of the Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk of 01.10.2020 (Minutes No. 25/20).
According to the Supplementary Agreement, the issued loan was extended till 31.12.2021.

14. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 03.12.2020 (Minutes No.35 -20) approved conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Massalsky GOK LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of December 14, 2019, the loan term was extended until 31.12.2021.
15. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 24.12.2020 (Minutes No.38 -20) approved conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Massalsky GOK LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of December 28, 2020, the loan term was extended until 28.12.2021.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Silicon Mining LLP.
16. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 30.12.2020 (Minutes No.39-20) approved the conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of December 31, 2020, the loan term was extended until 31.12.2021.
