1. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 04.03.2021 (Minutes No.07 -21) approved conclusion of the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV “Alaigyr”.
According to the Agreement of March 25, 2021 the loan was issued with repayment until 31.12.2021.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of LLP JV “Alaigyr”.
2. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 18.03.2021 (Minutes No.08 -21) approved conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon Mining LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of March 26, 2021 the loan was issued.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Silicon Mining LLP.
3. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samrukby the decision of 15.04.2021 (MinutesNo.14 -21) approved conclusion of the Agreement for Cooperation between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samrukand LLP JV “Alaigyr”.

JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samrukis the Sole Participant of LLP JV “Alaigyr”.
4. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision (the Minutes dated 27.02.2021) approved the conclusion of the Memorandum of Cooperation of 27.07.2021 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and JSC NC KazMunayGas LLP (Institute of Hydrogeology and Geoecology named after U.M. Akhmedsafin).
According to the Memorandum, the validity period is three years from the date of signing.
5. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 12.08.2021 (Minutes No. 28 -21) approved the conclusion on the Agreement on the procedure for repayment of debt and change of persons in the obligation between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, TKS Geology LLP and Tau-Ken Mining LLP.
The Agreement was signed on August 19, 2021; the Agreement is valid until 31.12.2021.
6. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 19.08.2021 (Minutes No. 29 -21) approved the conclusion of a Contract for services procurement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP.
The Contract was signed on August 25, 2021; the term of rendering services is from 01.09.2021 to 31.12.2021.
7. The Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 01.09.2021 (Minutes No. 09/21), approved conclusion on the sale and transfer to trust management of the shares of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk in Tau- Ken Mining LLP and TKS Geology LLP to Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP.
On September 23, 2021, it was signed the Purchase and Sale Agreement for 99.99% of shares in the authorized capital of Tau-Ken Mining LLP and in the authorized capital of TKS Geology LLP. Also, on September 23, 2021, the agreement was signed for the trust management of shares in Tau-Ken Mining LLP and in the authorized capital of TKS Geology LLP. Registration was carried out in the Non-profit Joint Stock Company “State Corporation Government for Citizens” of Nur-Sultan.
8. The Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 01.09.2021 (Minutes No. 09/21), approved conclusion on the sale and transfer to trust management of the shares of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk in Tau-Ken LLP Mining and TKS Geology LLP to Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP.
On October 29, 2021, Supplementary Agreement No. 1 was signed to the Trust Agreement for the shares of Tau-Ken Samruk JSC in Tau-Ken Mining LLP and TKS Geology LLP in favor of Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP.
9. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of 18.11.2021 (Minutes No.42-21) approved conclusion of the Property Storage Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and JV Alaigyr LLP. The Property Storage Agreement with Tau-Ken Temir LLP was terminated by the same decision.
Property Storage Agreement No.41 was signed on November 22, 2021.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of JV Alaigyr LLP and Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
10. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of December 9, 2021 (Minutes No.45 -21) approved the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and JV Alaigyr LPP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of 20.12.2021 to the Contract of 27.10.2020, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2021.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of JV Alaigyr LPP.
11. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of December 15, 2021 (Minutes No.46 -21) approved the Temporary Financial Aid Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
According to the Temporary Financial Aid Agreement of 21.12.2021, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2022.
Samruk-Kazyna JSC is the Sole Shareholder of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
12. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of December 23, 2021 года (Minutes No.47 -21) approved conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of 27.12.2021 to the Contract of 28.12.2016, the loan repayment period is set until December 28, 2022.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Silicon mining LLP.
13. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk of December 23, 2021 (Minutes No.47 -21) approved conclusion of the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of 29.12.2021 to the Contract of 11.03.2015, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2022.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Tau-Ken Temir LLP.
