- The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by decision of January 27, 2022 (Minutes No.03-22) has approved the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Massal MPP LLP.
The Supplementary Agreement provides for the payment of payables for 2021.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Massal MPP LLP.
2. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of March 17, 2022 (Minutes No.11 -22) has approved the Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Contract between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and JV Alaigyr LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of March 17, 2022, to the Contract pf March 19, 2021, a loan was issued, the loan repayment period is set until June 30, 2022.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of JV Alaigyr LLP.
3. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of March 31, 2022 (Minutes No. 13 -22) approved the Lease Agreement for Furniture and Equipment between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP.
According to the Agreement of 04.04.2022, the deadline has been extended until December 31, 2022.
4. Based on decision of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk (Minutes No.07/22 of August 19, 2022), on August 22, 2022, Samruk-Kazyna JSC and JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk has concluded a transaction on transfer of state property management in the form of 100% of shares in the authorized capital Akmolit LLP, Markhit LLP, Topaz-NS LLP to the trust management of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk on the terms agreed by the parties in the Trust Management Agreement. The decision shall come into force on August 04, 2022.
5. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of October 20, 2022 (Minutes No. 47-22), approved the Paid Loan Agreements between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Akmolit LLP No. 42, Markhit LLP No. 43, Topaz-NS LLP No. 44 of October 20, 2022.
According to the Agreements of October 20, 2022, a loan was issued, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2022.
Akmolit LLP, Markhit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP are in the trust management of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
6. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of October 20, 2022 (Minutes No. 47-22), approved Addendum No. 1 to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Markhit LLP No. 43, Topaz-NS LLP No. 44 of October 20, 2022.
According to the Addendum to the Agreements of October 20, 2022, a loan was issued.
Markhit LLP and Topaz-NS LLP are in the trust management of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
7. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of October 20, 2022 (Minutes No. 47-22), approved conclusion of the Addendum to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Silicon mining LLP.
According to the Addendum of October 20, 2022 to the Agreement of December 28, 2016, a loan was issued, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2022.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of Silicon mining LLP.
8. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by decision of December 26, 2022 (Minutes No. 55-22), approved supplementary agreements to Paid Loan Agreements of December 19, 2021, No. 9 and of December 31, 2024, No. 10 to Paid Loan Agreement of December 11, 2019, No. 23 and of December 31, 2023, No. 3 to Paid Loan Agreement of October 27, 2020, No. 52 and of December 31, 2023, No. 1 to Paid Loan Agreement of May 27, 2022, No. 14 and of December 31, 2023 between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and LLP JV Alaigyr.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Sole Participant of LLP JV Alaigyr.
9. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of December 26, 2022 (Minutes No. 55 -22), approved supplementary agreement No.1 to Agreement of December 21, 2021, No. 1378-и between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Samruk-Kazyna JSC rendering temporary financial assistance.
According to the supplementary agreement to the Agreement on Rendering Temporary Financial Assistance of December 26, 2022, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2023.
Samruk-Kazyna JSC is the Sole Shareholder of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
10. The Management Board of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk by the decision of December 26, 2022 (Minutes No. 55 -21) approved the conclusion of a Supplementary Agreement to the Paid Loan Agreement between JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Massal MPP LLP.
According to the Supplementary Agreement of December 26, 2022, to Agreement of December 25, 2017, No. 67, the loan repayment period is set until December 31, 2023.
JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk is the Participant of Massal MPP LLP.
