The representatives of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, KazMunayGas JSC, Kazpost JSC, domestic brokerage organizations and AIX and KASE stock exchanges have had an informational and explanatory meeting on IPO issues with employees of the SWF portfolio companies today.
Experts have told which companies will be brought to the IPO / SPO, about the privatization/ assets restructuring program, in general. They also shared the detailed information on the IPO procedure of KazMunayGas NC – where the shares will be placed, how and who will get the opportunity to purchase them, how to protect from the actions of scammers who become active during periods when such significant events as IPOs occur on the market.
