The Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC by the decision of May 27, 2022 No. 29/22, due to the expiration of the term of office, elected the following composition of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk:
- Yernar Zhanadil – Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, representative of the interests of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
- Karim Zhanassov – Member of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, representative of the interests of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna”.
- Dimitri Kalandadze – Member of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, Independent Director.
- Assel Khairova – Member of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, Independent Director.
- Abdikarim Zeinullin – Member of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, Independent Director.
