Internships and Graduate Employment, Professional Development for Employees. Tau-Ken Samruk to Cooperate with Leading Educational Institutions of Karaganda.
As part of the Year of Working Professions and in order to develop human capital, the National Mining Company Tau-Ken Samruk has signed memoranda of cooperation with A.Saginov Karaganda Technical University (KarTU), the College of Innovative Technologies operating at the University, as well as with the Karaganda Higher Polytechnic College.
The parties agreed to develop a partnership aimed at training in-demand specialists, sharing knowledge, and organizing internships for students and teachers. In the future, it is possible to organize advanced training courses for employees of the Tau-Ken Samruk Group.
During the visit, the company’s representatives visited laboratories, training grounds and competence centers and made sure of the high potential of Karaganda educational institutions in training specialists which meet modern industry requirements.
“Tau-Ken Samruk is ready to offer internships at our production facilities, and we are also ready to participate in the refinement of training programs. The formation of human resources is a strategic task for our company,” said Rakhmatulla Ablazimov, Chief Director of Business Administration of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk.
The main goal of Tau-Ken Samruk cooperation with specialized educational institutions is to integrate education and real production and increase the competitiveness of future professionals.
