JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk and Qatar State Mining Company “Qatar Mining” have signed the Memorandum of Understanding today. The document provides for the possibility of joint activities in searching for promising projects in the mining industry. The meeting of Nurlan Itemgenov, the Head of the National Mining Company with his Qatari counterpart Mr. Khaled Al-Obaidli was held in Astana under the state visit of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, to Kazakhstan.
