Members of the Board of Directors of JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk paid a working visit to the production facilities of the national mining company in the Karaganda region. Tau-Ken Temir LLP is included in the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025 by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The members of the Board of Directors discussed with the company’s management the degree of readiness of the asset for transfer to the competitive environment.
At the Alaigyr field, the Board members inspected the progress of the enrichment plant construction, heard the report of the management of the Alaigyr JV LLP, met with contractors and workers. Special attention was paid to the need for careful study of logistics and sales of finished products of the future enterprise, quality of construction work and installation of technological equipment.
